Freeride films

Dairy Creek Campground West program areaAfter the group tours, starting at 7pm W.T.F. will be showing several local independent videos followed by showing of SEASONS by The Collective at the Stub Stewart State Park.

Stub Stewart State Park has an outdoor theatre at Dairy Creek Campground West, and it's perfect for showing videos of local riders doing their thing at freeride trails throughout the Northwest.

Join us June 7th to learn more about status of freeriding opportunities west of Portland, and then enjoy some great independent rider vids! For a sneakpeek at "Blackrock 2007" by Jamie Minshall (a W.T.F. trail builder), check out "VIDEO: Blackrock 2007 "

PARKING WILL BE LIMITED! Please consider carpooling, or parking at nearby Manning trailhead on Banks-Vernonia trail and riding to the park (remember to bring a bike light for your trip back!)

Park and Carpool! Need a place to meet up with friends/family to carpool? Trailhead Cycles (Hillsboro) is organizing shuttle vans to take participants to Stub Stewart State Park from bike shop. Park at Trailhead Cycles, then either hope a shop shuttle van (click Register to reserve a spot - call THC for shuttle times) or pile in with friends. Remember parking will be difficult at Stub Stewart (very limited day-use parking spots). Map to Trailhead Cycles. Huge thanks to THC for arranging shuttle vans and paying employee time/gas to drive the shuttles!

This event is part of State Parks and National Trails Day

Where? Stub Stewart State Park is 30 miles west of Portland located four miles north of the U.S. 26-Hwy. 47 intersection. Map

Dairy Creek Campground West program areaW.T.F. will be premiering several local independent videos at the Stub Stewart State Park.   They've got an outdoor theatre at Dairy Creek Campground West, and it's perfect for showing videos of local riders doing their thing at freeride trails throughout the Northwest.   Mostly Black Rock Mountain Bike Area (Falls City, Oregon) is featured but that's just because it's the epicenter of sustainable freeride mountain biking in Oregon - BRMBA is doing things right, and W.T.F. has been following their model!

Join us May 24th @ 7pm for more details about status of freeriding opportunities west of Portland, and then enjoy some great independent rider vids!   For a sneakpeek at "Blackrock 2007" by Jamie Minshall (a W.T.F. trail builder), check out the March 24th article "VIDEO: Blackrock 2007 "
